What It Is
Prompt projects are ready-to-run workspaces that reuse a custom prompt template, its variables, and any configuration schema in Bulk.
They give you a single dashboard to track inputs, monitor generation status, and re-run updates without rebuilding the setup.
What You Can Do
- Spin up a project directly from any approved template with one click.
- Fill variable rows manually or in dimensions mode to cover every campaign combination.
- Preview the resolved prompt before you trigger generations and know exactly what will run.
- Monitor credit estimates, generation progress, and results from the same screen.
How to Launch a Project
- 1
Choose a template
In Bulk → Prompt Templates, select Use on the template that matches your use case.
- 2
Set project details
Name the project, confirm the default model or Effect, and decide whether to keep it private or share it with teammates.
- 3
Fill variable rows
Add the context for each placeholder ({{variable}} or [variable text]). Switch to dimensions mode when you need the system to build every combination automatically.
- 4
Generate outputs
Refresh the cost estimate, hit Generate, and watch each row update with statuses and links to the final assets.
Where Projects Help Most
- Sales enablement content that reuses the same structure but changes the customer, industry, or offer.
- Growth experiments where you want to test a handful of headlines, CTAs, and creative variations quickly.
- Product update summaries that must stay on-brand while referencing the latest release notes.
- Training data creation when you need dozens of precise prompt runs without manual copy-paste work.
Problems It Solves
Projects connect templates to production so teams can launch AI-powered work in minutes instead of rewriting prompts for every campaign.
- Eliminate version sprawl—projects inherit the latest approved prompt automatically.
- Prevent missing variables or inconsistent context by collecting inputs in a structured grid.
- Keep runs on schedule by tracking status and rerunning only the rows that need updates.
