What It Is
Custom prompt templates turn a proven prompt into a reusable asset the whole team can launch without editing raw text.
Variables inside the prompt are recognised automatically, so every project collects the details that change while protecting the approved structure.
What You Can Do
- Save a full prompt together with the default model schema or Effect settings.
- Add variables with {{double braces}} to capture campaign names, offers, regions, or any dynamic detail.
- Share templates with teammates so everyone starts from the same instructions inside Maker or Bulk.
- Update the prompt, model target, or variable hints in one place as your guidance evolves.
How to Build a Template
- 1
Open Bulk → Prompt Templates
Click Create Template to start a new template from the Bulk workspace.
- 2
Describe the template
Enter a name, optional description, and pick the default model schema or Effect you want teammates to reuse.
- 3
Paste your trusted prompt
Use {{variable}} or [placeholder] markers anywhere context will change. The editor highlights every variable it detects.
- 4
Review and save
Confirm the detected variables, add hints if needed, and save to publish the template for immediate use.
Where to Use It
- Marketing teams refreshing campaigns with the same voice but new offers or seasonal angles.
- Product teams shipping release notes or feature announcements that vary by region or customer tier.
- Support teams answering tickets with consistent tone while pulling in live case information.
- Agencies delivering brand-safe prompts to clients who need guardrails plus flexibility.
Problems It Solves
No more copy-pasting long prompts or trusting people to remember every safety line. Templates keep the approved version intact while collecting only the inputs that change.
- Reduce drift in brand voice and compliance language.
- Speed up onboarding by giving new teammates a ready-to-run prompt.
- Cut down on prompt typos or missing parameters when production ramps up.
