    Open Custom Workflows

From the Bulk area, choose Custom to launch the workflow builder.

    Create a new workflow

Click New Workflow and provide a clear name and description.

    Set input validation

Define the file types, size limits, or fields required before assets move forward.

  2. 2

    Configure each stage

Provide prompts, parameter values, and optional scripts for every transformation step.

  3. 3

    Plan outputs

Choose how files should be named and where they should be stored after processing.

Step 3 · Test and Save

  1. 1

    Run a sandbox test

Process a handful of assets to confirm each stage behaves as expected.

  2. 2

    Adjust and document

Update prompts or parameters if needed and add usage notes for future operators.

  3. 3

    Publish the workflow

Save the configuration so teammates can discover it in the Custom tools catalog.
